I apologize gentlemen for the occasional girl chat. You might want to skip this one but I could not keep this news to myself.
If I had to guess I think that I have tried hundreds of foundations in search of one that is naturally luminous, long lasting, with impeccable coverage and of course the proper shade. It is a personal quest turned obsession and I have found it. At least it is what I consider to be perfection. Georgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation meets all of my requirements. If you aspire to achieve that J-Lo glow (healthy but not shiny) definitely purchase it along with the appropriate applicator brush. The brush is crucial in applying just the right amount and blending. Without it one would waste too much of this precious fluid. Powder isn't really necessary because it doesn't settle into the skin so it always looks fresh.
I tried a few other products like a traitor across from the Trish McEvoy counter where I would have normally been but the curiousity overwhelmed me. I walked out with a few eyeshadows and a delectible #4 Shine Lipstick that has the perfect shade of peony pink which is not too red or beige. This lip color does not require a gloss overlay, lip balm underneath, or constant reapplication which is nice. The liner is so very silky and glides on effortlessly which is important for a smooth even texture.
If you prefer a more matte shade, have allergy prone skin or discolorations Jane Credale Mineral Powder makeup is a good choice. I like it but in the Texas Heat it feels I little heavy.
I used to model and be a make up artist so this is one of my passions.
Graham, baby, you turn me on! Just thinking of you applying that foundation in the morning... straight out of the shower. Can you give us all a glimpse at THAT part of your routine?
Smooches all over your Armani Luminous Silk!

The rainbow colors that reflect off the bricks of McKinney Avenue after a brief summer shower allow the radiance of fashion to illuminate.
