Goodness!! All we have had here is rain. I have given up looking for stars because I live in the city but I am beginning to wonder if I will see the sunshine again too. It is almost depressing. Hopefully the rain won't put a damper on the 4th of July festivities, though.

I know that you are right and while it has been humid, it has been rather cool. The days of perpetual intense heat are coming so I will just enjoy the rain and moderate temperature while I can. Thank you for putting things into perspective.
