Yoga part three

Even with the multitude of yoga studios in my neighborhood it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. A friend of mine was also having trouble with this so we decided to go together and were delighted to participate in a spectacular, relevant class. Finding the right instructor is paramount. They have to want the same things for the class as you want for yourself. I went Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All three days I left with a sense of accomplishment, empowerment and tranquil joy. I am excited about committing to this and attending on a very regular basis. It is still Vinyasa Power Yoga like the last studio I attended but the delivery is so different, it changes the entire experience.
